AI proposes, people decide: designing a creative workflow that keeps humans in charge

Why IGNIX never turns an AI idea into a creative until someone on your team chooses it.

The fastest way to lose a brand team’s trust is to let a model decide what ships. Early in IGNIX’s life we tested a flow where every promising AI idea became a draft creative automatically. Output went up. Usage went down.

Teams told us the same thing in different words: the board filled with work nobody had asked for, and reviewing it felt like cleaning up after someone else. So we flipped the model. AI proposes angles, hooks and audiences. A person selects. Only then does IGNIX create the creative and its components.

That one decision shaped everything downstream — from how conversations are stored, to how generation requests are queued, to how versions are reviewed. It also made the product calmer. Every item on the board exists because someone chose it.

We still measure speed obsessively. But the metric we care about most is the share of generated work that is actually published. When people choose the starting point, that number climbs.
